Two things worth knowing

Denim needs no breaking in. It is soft on day one and it stays soft, which makes these an easy first pair in spring.

On matching: the shoe does not have to be the same wash as the jeans, and it is usually better when it is not. A darker shoe under a lighter jean reads deliberate, two near-identical blues read like an accident.
