DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are prepared and dispatched by our teams within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Master Loafer ships to the United States and to Canada. We do not ship to any other country at this time.

Each time you place an order you receive a confirmation e-mail, then a second e-mail confirming shipment, with the tracking number of your parcel.

During busy periods, order preparation may take up to 72 hours, that is 3 business days.

The choice of carrier may vary according to the weight, the quantity, the availability of the products and the value of the basket, as well as the destination.

– Home delivery, collection point or post office, 8 to 15 business days from dispatch.

Some orders involve several suppliers; in that case the items are shipped separately, and each parcel has its own tracking number.

Rest of the world: not served at this time. We do not deliver outside the United States and Canada, and no shipping rate is offered at checkout for any other destination.

Free shipping from $70 applies to the United States and to Canada, and to those two destinations only. All amounts are in US dollars. The exact shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout, before payment.

INSURED SHIPPING

Insured shipping is an option you choose at checkout, for $9.90. It covers your parcel against loss, breakage and theft. Standard shipping with tracking and free shipping do not carry that cover.

Insured shipping stays available on orders of $70 or more. Free shipping applies to the standard method, so if you want your order covered, choose insured shipping at checkout.

Master Loafer reserves the right to modify these charges for a short period, or to cancel them. Such a change requires no prior notice to the customers of the site.

Under no circumstances may a third party claim a refund of the delivery charges in force at the time of purchase. Information on delivery charges is shown at the order confirmation stage.

DELIVERY TIMES

Preparation and dispatch: 24 to 48 hours, up to 72 hours in busy periods. Transit: 8 to 15 business days. Estimated total: 9 to 17 business days from your order.

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 14 days from delivery. The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense and shipping costs are not refundable. The full conditions are in our refund policy.

If you are shipping an item back to us worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment, or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
