    All orders are prepared and dispatched by our team within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), and can take up to 72 hours in busy periods.

    Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

    To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Then find that number on the size chart: a size 5 runs 8.9 in (22.5 cm) and a size 11.5 runs 10.4 in (26.5 cm), and every size in between is on the chart. If you are between two sizes, go with the larger one: fabric gives a little across the width, but not in length. If they do not fit when you try them on, you can send them back unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery, with return shipping at your expense.

    How do I take care of them?

    These loafers are made of fabric, a material that is comfortable from day one and needs no breaking in. A dried-in stain is much harder to lift than a fresh one.
