Measure your foot barefoot from the heel to the longest toe, standing up, and do it in the evening when your foot is at its largest. Then find that number on the size chart: a size 5 runs 8.9 in (22.5 cm) and a size 9 runs 9.8 in (25 cm), and every size in between is on the chart. If you are between two sizes, go with the larger one: fabric gives a little across the width, but not in length. If they do not fit when you try them on, you can send them back unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery, with return shipping at your expense.

These loafers are made of fabric, a material that is comfortable from day one and needs no breaking in. A dried-in stain is much harder to lift than a fresh one. Brush them dry on a regular basis and reach for a sponge and mild soap when you need it. The sooner you get to a stain, the better it lifts.
