    Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

    To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

    Measure your bare foot from the heel to the longest toe, standing, and preferably in the evening, when it is at its widest. Then find that number on the size chart: a size 5 US runs 8.9 in (22.5 cm) and a size 9 US runs 9.8 in (25 cm), and every size in between is on the chart. If you are between two sizes, go with the larger one: no leather gets longer, and length is what pinches. If they do not fit when you try them on, you can send them back within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in the original packaging, with return shipping at your expense.

    How do I care for them?

    These loafers are made of leather, a material that gets more comfortable week after week, as long as you give it a little attention. A dry cloth after wearing and a coat of cream now and then are enough to keep the leather supple. Always let them air dry, never near a source of heat.
